How to Submit Your Ticket
- Click "Open a New Ticket."
- Log in with "Sign in with Microsoft" button
- Choose the relevant Help Topic from the dropdown menu on the ticket submission form.
- Provide a detailed description of your issue or request.
- Submit the ticket and track its status via email or the portal.
Help Topics
- Access and Privilege Modification: Request changes to existing access or new access permissions for systems and applications.
- IT Modification Request: Request modifications to project names, system configurations, software updates, resource adjustments, or other IT-related changes.
- IT Restriction Removal Request: Request to lift restrictions such as website blocks, USB access, or similar limitations.
- IT Resource Request: Request new hardware (e.g., laptops), software installations (e.g., workstation tools), VPN access, or other IT resources.
