This platform allows you to submit and track IT support requests. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number for tracking, and archives of all submitted tickets are available for reference.

How to Submit Your Ticket

  1. Click "Open a New Ticket."
  2. Log in with "Sign in with Microsoft" button
  3. Choose the relevant Help Topic from the dropdown menu on the ticket submission form.
  4. Provide a detailed description of your issue or request.
  5. Submit the ticket and track its status via email or the portal.

Help Topics

  1. Access and Privilege Modification: Request changes to existing access or new access permissions for systems and applications.
  2. IT Modification Request: Request modifications to project names, system configurations, software updates, resource adjustments, or other IT-related changes.
  3. IT Restriction Removal Request: Request to lift restrictions such as website blocks, USB access, or similar limitations.
  4. IT Resource Request: Request new hardware (e.g., laptops), software installations (e.g., workstation tools), VPN access, or other IT resources.
